January got off to a fantastic start in House, Howleys Quay for MMB with Dr. Colette Reynolds of Growing Healthy Eaters taking to the floor to show eager moms how to manoeuvre around the all too often tricky task of getting the little ones to eat a healthy and varied array of food.
With a wealth of experience behind her, Dr. Colette gave realistic and practical tips to take away the stress of mealtimes giving the many mums the relief and confidence they sought.
There were many questions and Dr. Colette spent time addressing all the issues raised during the talk and also after, as she reached out to the mums individually.
At the end of the meet up, the mums set off excited with their new knowledge and ready to put it to the test.
