I am a mum to 2 young children, a wife and also run my own Personal Development & Life Coaching business “Tranquil Energy”.
I had worked for over 15 years in an office environment and always felt trapped and unfulfilled, it felt like I was working to pay the bills but not enjoying life. One day rolled into the next, weeks rolled on then years and it felt like life was passing me by.
After I had my first child over 6 years ago a lot of anxiety and self-confidence issues came up and I finally took responsibility to make a change as I could not be the Mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend that my family deserved. From working on myself it led me to become qualified as a Quantum Thinking Technologist, NLP Practitioner, Life Coach which lead me to starting own business “Tranquil Release”.
I know too well the struggles and difficulties that come up with running your own business, looking after your children, trying to do it all without looking after yourself. Putting yourself first is one of the hardest but also one of the most rewarding things that you can do for everyone. You can not pour from an empty cup. As mums we are such an important figure in the household, were the glue that holds everything together, we need to be looking after ourselves and making sure we are getting the Self-care we need. When we are good everyone else is good.
I am a true believer that once you have self-belief and confidence in your own abilities you can achieve anything you want. We are our own worst enemies and we stop ourselves from moving forward. We believe our inner critic and self-destructive thoughts when they say who am I to do this, or you will never succeed
I am very passionate about supporting Women who want to have it all, successful business, be a great mum, wife, friend and also time for you. This is not selfish you are allowed to chase your dreams and succeed.
Our children think we are amazing superheroes, we just need to belief it ourselves.
